Biography
Holton A. Zoss was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana, and is proud to serve the community he calls home. He graduated from Central High School in 2019, where he distinguished himself as both a student and athlete, helping lead his football team to the state championship game during his senior year.
Holton continued his academic and athletic career at Morehead State University in Kentucky, earning his undergraduate degree in political science in just three years while competing in collegiate football. He went on to attend Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School in Carbondale, Illinois, where he again completed his legal education ahead of schedule.
During law school, he gained hands-on legal experience through internships with the Warrick County Prosecutor’s Office and the Vanderburgh County Public Defender’s Office, allowing him to develop a well-rounded perspective of the criminal justice system from both sides of the courtroom.
As the son of attorney Bob Zoss, Holton has been immersed in the legal profession from an early age. Since 2020, he has worked at Zoss Law LLC, learning the inner workings of a law firm and developing skills in case preparation, legal strategy, and client representation. Holton brings a strong work ethic, practical experience, and deep roots in the community to his practice.
